So me and my friends were getting changed for PE in our form classroom the other day. Parfitt burst in without knocking, and though we were clearly in a state of undress he continued to enter the room and started chatting to my friend, whilst looking around at the rest of us, who were half-naked.
Also, in music class, he commented on a hole in the upper-thigh area of my friend's tights, basically informing her before the class that he'd been looking up her skirt.
Given Parfitt's colourful past I am surprised that A) he was actually employed by St Margaret's, who were allegedly aware of the allegations that were made and investigated by the police, and B) that he perceives the way in which he continues to behave as acceptable.
